Airport Shuttle Van Driver
Part-Time | $23/hour
Mountain Rides is looking for friendly, reliable, customer-focused drivers to join our team and operate our new airport shuttle service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in safe driving, and wants flexible work while serving the Wood River Valley community.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive an 8-passenger shuttle van between the airport and hotel destinations throughout the Wood River Valley
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, including use of a powered lift
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for visitors and locals alike
- Learn and follow ADA regulations and securement procedures to ensure all riders travel safely and comfortably
- Communicate clearly, solve small problems on the fly, and “read the room” when interacting with passengers
- Represent Mountain Rides with a positive attitude and high standard of customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with luggage as needed
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no recent accidents or speeding tickets)
- Willingness to learn ADA requirements and safety protocols
- Availability for short, flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Strong people skills. Friendly, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

For driving positions, applicants must be 21 years of age or older, and possess a valid, unrestricted Idaho Driver’s License and a clean driving record. If you do not currently have a Class B license Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Mountain Rides does provide training for applicants who qualify. Driving positions are usually part time to start. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
