Bus
Our buses serve Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey and Bellevue (with Twin Falls service coming soon!). Check out our routes or take a look at the interactive map to figure out the best solution for your needs.
Vanpool
Commuting from Shoshone, Jerome, or Twin Falls will put 42,000 miles on your car in just one year— at a cost of $1 a mile. Yikes. Mountain Rides has partnered with Rideshareonline.com, an online platform for finding carpools, vanpools, and bike partners. Rideshareonline is “powered by brilliant commuters like you.” With Rideshareonline, you can find a one-time trip to the airport or a daily carpool to school. You can also log your trips (bike, bus, walk, carpool, etc) to see how much carbon and money you’re saving. Smart Moves
This year marked Mountain Rides’ 10th annual Smart Moves Challenge. From May 16, 2011 through August 19, 2011, our participants logged over 11,000 trips through walking, biking, carpool, vanpool, and riding the bus. Some of the lucky participants won extraordinary prizes such as a 2011/2012 Sun Valley Season Ski Pass, bikes, and various gift certificates from local businesses.
